During the intensive personal contact with our customers, we share positive and critical experiences where the customer is central. We take stock of our customers' wishes and involve them in upcoming investments. In addition, customers are regularly informed of developments within our company via social media and the newsletter. The pricing is clear, discreet and customer-oriented. Delivery costs are calculated per postal code and discounts are applied according to the agreements made in advance. Due to our wholesale function, we often deliver to the end customer, where we value discretion. We also have fixed prices for urgent deliveries (delivery within 24 hours) and projects outside regular opening hours.

Through our cooperation with the various partners of Verhurend Nederland, we are able to come up with great solutions. We are happy to share our knowledge and experience of events with our customers. Safety is our top priority; both for customers and employees. Our training system is therefore focused on this. For example, all drivers have code95 and all employees on site have VCA. For our rental equipment, we rent out young and reliable equipment. This keeps the quality and reliability of our range high. For materials where this is required by law, periodic inspections are of course carried out. All materials are also thoroughly checked after each rental. We strive for a long-term cooperation with our regular suppliers who also contribute to our services, quality, security, service and a correct CSR policy.

In recent years we have always taken every opportunity. We have grown in terms of employees, fleet and rental range. This also entails social responsibilities, which we are happy to pursue. Although the rental market is the textbook example of a circular economy, we are aware that it can always be more sustainable. We choose the most modern commercial vehicles in our fleet and take the environmental impact into account when purchasing new material. We evaluate the CO2 footprint every year in order to achieve the right objectives to further reduce these emissions where possible. As a company, we make every effort to reduce the consumption of energy and water as much as possible, as well as the reduction and separation of waste streams. The success of our company is largely due to the commitment and motivation of our employees.
