Deliver
We charge extra costs for the delivery and collection of the goods. The delivery and collection of the materials is possible from a minimum order amount of € 150.00 excluding VAT on rental equipment.
We deliver the goods on the ground floor, on the ground floor and behind the first door. If the goods (including the accompanying transport carts) do not fit through the door, we deliver at the door. You are responsible for an easily accessible loading and unloading area and the approach route and location must be on a paved surface. We charge additional work per hour on subsequent calculation. The goods must be sorted, arranged and stacked (on the corresponding transport carts) on the ground floor from 8:00 a.m. or at an agreed time, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery costs are calculated per trip and apply up to 40 m³. In case of urgency (delivery within 24 hours), a surcharge of € 30.00 excluding VAT applies to the fare. For delivery and collection outside our opening hours (Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 17:00 and on Saturday between 8:00 and 12:00) a surcharge / starting rate of € 95.00 excluding VAT applies to the fare. For delivery and/or pick-up in a half-day (8:00 am – 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm) a surcharge of € 15.00 excluding VAT applies to the fare. For delivery and/or pick-up in a period of 2 hours, a surcharge of € 30.00 excluding VAT applies to the fare. For delivery and collection in zero-emission zones, a surcharge also applies to the fare.
In the attached overview you will find the price per ride for each postal code (for delivery AND collection we charge 2 x the fare).
